Hoteling Workspace Weekly Pass
The Weekly Pass includes a guaranteed seat in the coworking space Mon - Fri and use of all common areas, break-out rooms, kitchen, and amenities.
Small Meeting Room Hourly Rate
This Mid-Century Modern meeting space is perfect for a 2-3 person meet-up or focused work session. Comfortable and private with sliding barn door. Discounted daily rate available.
Medium Conference Hourly Rate
This conference room accommodates up to 6 people in a comfortable, quiet workspace. Includes large format whiteboard and full room camera system with virtual meeting capability. Discounted daily rate available.
Large Conference Hourly Rate
The largest of the conference rooms accommodates up to 14 people with floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, and two large-format whiteboards on the other. Full room camera system with virtual meeting capability. Discounted daily rate available.
Reservations for use of conference rooms by non-members require a minimum 2-hr rental. Requests must be made a minimum of 4 business days in advance.

Hoteling Workspace Monthly Rate
Hoteling membership includes a guaranteed seat at coworking tables and unlimited use of all common areas, break-out rooms, kitchen, and amenities. Network printing access with usage fees is also included in membership.
Dedicated Desk Monthly Rate
This membership level includes an assigned workstation with double-length desk, shelving, and locking file. You can keep your own equipment & supplies on-site without worry. Also includes unlimited use of all common areas, break-out rooms, kitchen and network printing access.
Private Office Suite Monthly Rate
This office accommodates up to 4 people comfortably in their own secure suite. Includes use of a semi-private lounge for visitors and key access to a private entrance. Use of all member amenities is included. Longer-term rental is available at a discounted rate.
